Disposable Filter with Sample Port
The electrostatic filter media uses positive and negative charges to attract and capture pathogens from the gas in the breathing circuit. The device has been independently tested by Nelson Laboratories (USA) test MPS = 3.0 μm, BFE = 99.999%, VFE = 99.99%. Single patient use – max 24 hours.

Disposable HME Filters
Heat & Moisture Exchanger with electrostatic filtration. Positive and negative charges attract and capture pathogens to/from the patient and provides passive inspiratory humidification using the patient’s own heat and moisture from their expired breath. Independently certified by Nelson Laboratories (USA) in accordance with ASTM F 2101 to have a Bacterial Filtration Rate (BFE) of 99.999% and a Virus Filtration Rate (VFE) of 99.99% MPS = 3.0μm. Independently certified by Cardiff University Laboratory to meet International ISO 9360-1 Standard, with a minimum humidity loss of 5.6-9.5 gm/L.

This HEPA grade mechanical filter uses a multilayered, dense pleated medium to remove pathogens from the airway and breathing circuit. Disposable Mainflow Bacteria Filter
A high efficiency, disposable respiratory filter designed for use with the Expiratory Filter Heater. The Heater warms the patient’s exhaled gas to 55-70 0C reducing rain out and expiratory resistance in the circuit. Independently tested by Nelson Laboratories (USA) MPS = 3.0 μm, BFE = 99.999%, VFE = 99.999% the filter significantly reduces the risk of occupational exposure to pathogens. Single patient use – up to 14 days.

Ventilation Accessories

Expiratory Heater Filter

Designed for use with the Mainflow Bacteria Filter. The Expiratory Filter Heater is designed to heat the patient’s exhaled gas as it passes through the main flow bacteria filter on its way to the expiratory valve of the ventilator. Minimises excessive condensation in the expiratory filter and extends the working life of the filter.

Reusable Reservoir Bag (Test Lung)

The reusable test lung provides airway resistance and compliance to safely test the ventilator before patient use.

Disposable Corrugated Tubing – Adult
